As a
Brand Manager
for HARIBO of America, you will be responsible for developing long-term marketing strategies for your assigned brand(s), building differentiated market positioning, developing superior brand propositions, and executing integrated marketing plans. Within HARIBO, brand management includes defining the brand's pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, innovation pipeline, advertising, and promotion strategies. The
Brand Manager
is responsible for delivering profit, volume, and market share objectives for their assigned HARIBO brand(s). Located on-site at the HARIBO of America corporate headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois, ideal candidates will have 5+ years of "brand marketing" experience specifically within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, a Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred), and experience utilizing and making decisions based on IRI, Circana, Nielsen, or related syndicated data. Responsibilities:
Develop long-term marketing strategies for assigned HARIBO brand(s), building differentiated market positioning, and executing integrated marketing plans. Responsible for achieving profit, volume, and market share objectives. Ensure in-market performance of assigned brand(s) to meet HARIBO's annual business plan, including brand consumption, market share, and household penetration. Utilize syndicated data (IRI, Circana, Nielsen) and other sources to gain insights and adjust marketing plans accordingly. Act as the primary contact for support initiatives, tasks, and projects related to brand marketing. Partner with internal teams and external agencies. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in brand management or related roles within the CPG industry. 3+ years of experience with syndicated data sources like IRI, Circana, Nielsen, Numerator, SPINS. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master's Degree. Experience in FMCG, particularly in the candy, confectionery, or snack industry. Compensation:
Target salary range: $115,000 - $130,000 annually. The actual salary will depend on relevant education, experience, and other factors.
