Job Summary and Responsibilities
Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a per diem Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our inpatient rehabilitation service at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. 100% Inpatient PM&R practice at a single hospital Per Diem opportunity with flexible scheduling Alternating weekend coverage as needed Join a tenured, multispecialty medical group established in 1976 Work alongside experienced PM&R physicians in a collegial, team-based environment Collaborate with a full interdisciplinary rehabilitation team (PT, OT, SLP, nursing, case management, and social work)
Experience with spinal cord injury rehabilitation is preferred
Opportunity to participate in quality improvement and program development within a CARF-accredited setting

Compensation Details $1,560 per 8-hour shift (non-benefited, per diem) Flexible scheduling within a supportive, collaborative environment Job Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Active California Medical License (or ability to obtain) DEA certification (or eligibility) Prior inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred Experience with spinal cord injuries highly desirable Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to patient-centered, mission-driven care Where You'll Work
