Duties Provide legal counsel and representation in diverse legal matters. Conduct thorough research to support case preparation and strategy development. Draft precise legal documents such as contracts, wills, and pleadings. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients. Stay informed on regulatory and legislative changes impacting client cases. Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure comprehensive client representation. Manage case files efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely communication. Attend pre-trial hearings, client meetings, and court proceedings as required. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to Wisconsin Bar required; Illinois Bar admission preferred. Familiarity with estate planning, business, real estate law, and litigation. Strong negotiation, research, and communication skills. Exceptional legal drafting abilities with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience working with a diverse client population. Access to necessary home office equipment and reliable internet.
