A law firm seeks a full-time Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their dynamic team in Reno, Nevada. The firm handles a wide range of complex commercial disputes and class action claims, including breach of contract, commercial torts, antitrust, and unfair competition.
Duties
Represent clients in state and federal courts, including appellate and Supreme Court levels. Handle litigation surrounding commercial transactions and contract interpretation. Engage in corporate, shareholder, and partnership disputes and dissolutions. Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on complex cases. Requirements
3-5 years of general commercial litigation experience. Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school. Admission to the State Bar of Nevada or willingness to sit for the next exam. Excellent references and communication skills. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications
Admission to the State Bar of Nevada (or eligibility). Skills
Strong analytical and technical skills. Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
