Primary Responsibilities and Skills

• In-depth knowledge and strong hands on experience on AWS Lambda - Python/Java/Node.js
• Experience with Amazon Connect SDK
• Amazon Connect's Precision routing schema
• Amazon Connect's API
• Amazon Integration with Client API
• Lex - chatbot development using Lex API (Lambda)
• Bedrock, Bedrock Agent, Bedrock AgentCore
• LLM [prompt engineer] Nova, Claude, OpenAl
• Amazon Connect Contact Flow design
• Good to have hands on in Cloud & Container technologies: AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes & Docker
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

Interpersonal Skills

• Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Must be able to work under own initiative with limited guidance from team manager due to the fast pace and high-volume of work managed by the team.
• Able to talk to client directly and report to client/offshore.
• Flexibility to work on different shifts and stretch.
