We are looking to hire a Data Architecture Lead to design, develop, and govern the organization’s end-to-end data ecosystem. This role will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how data is collected, integrated, stored, and accessed to enable digital transformation, AI/ML, and advanced analytics initiatives.
Define and execute the
enterprise data architecture strategy
aligned with overall business objectives.
Establish data principles, frameworks, standards, and blueprints
for scalable, secure, and high‑performing data platforms (cloud/on‑prem/hybrid).
Partner with CIO/CTO and business leadership
to ensure data architecture enables digital transformation and analytics‑driven decision‑making.
Design and maintain data models, data flows, and integration patterns
to support enterprise applications and analytics use cases.
Oversee data platform modernization
initiatives, including data lake/data warehouse migration, cloud adoption, and data mesh/data fabric frameworks.
Collaborate with
engineering, analytics, and data governance teams
to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all data assets.
Define standards for
metadata management, lineage tracking, data quality, and master data management (MDM).
Evaluate and recommend
emerging data technologies and architectural patterns
to support AI/ML and advanced analytics capabilities.
Mentor and guide technical teams
in best practices for data architecture, modeling, and engineering.
Required Skills & Experience:
10–15 years of experience in
data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise information management .
Proven experience in
designing large‑scale, cloud‑based data platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong understanding of
data modeling, ETL/ELT design, data lakes, data warehouses, and API/data integration.
Hands‑on expertise with
modern data tools and frameworks
(e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, Airflow).
Experience enabling
AI/ML and advanced analytics initiatives
through robust data foundations.
Deep knowledge of
data governance, security, compliance, and metadata management frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to
align technical strategy with business goals.
