Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Amazon Connect leader (Tech Program Manager) to join our cloud engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions using Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and event‑driven architectures. You will play a key role in building intelligent contact center solutions and integrating them with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Amazon Connect implementations across multiple business units
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, operations, and customer support
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis)
Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and operational standards
Drive continuous improvement and automation in contact center workflows
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technical program management or solution architecture
Hands‑on experience with Amazon Connect and related AWS services
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, contact center technologies, and telephony systems
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
Experience with CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Prior experience in customer service or contact center operations
$90 - $95 an hour
