Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Amazon Sales Growth Manager to lead JLab’s sales performance, brand visibility, and strategic growth across Amazon.com, the Amazon App, and emerging marketplace opportunities. This role is both tactical—driving daily sales operations—and strategic, shaping the future of JLab’s marketplace presence across multiple product categories including Earbuds, Headphones, Speakers, Work, and Gaming.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of Amazon sales strategy and account management, serving as JLab’s primary liaison with Amazon’s General Line and Operations teams. You will collaborate cross-functionally with E-Commerce, Paid Media, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure alignment on product launches, inventory planning, and advertising strategy. Success in this role depends on your ability to build strong partnerships with Amazon contacts, secure premium placements, and deliver high-impact promotional campaigns that increase conversion and category share.
This is a high-visibility role with significant impact on JLab’s continued growth in one of its most critical sales channels. You will play a key role in expanding JLab’s reach, driving revenue, and influencing long-term marketplace strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Amazon marketplace growth strategy, business planning, and day-to-day management of JLab’s marketplace presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon internal teams to maximize collaboration and promotional opportunities.
Partner with Amazon to execute campaigns that drive discoverability and conversion across Amazon.com and the Amazon App.
Develop and implement promotional programs, assortment strategies, and new marketplace capabilities to expand growth potential.
Collaborate with the JLab Amazon team to ensure optimized product display pages and external marketplace placements.
Collaborate with internal teams to align launches, promotions, assortment, messaging, and inventory.
Partner closely with the Paid Media team to influence advertising strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketplace objectives and maximizing ROI across key campaigns.
Plan and execute major sales events including Prime Day, Holiday, and other seasonal promotions.
Analyze performance data and conduct business reviews to refine strategy, optimize product mix, and enhance incremental growth across all product categories.
Partner with the Amazon Ads and Affiliate teams to improve KPIs, increase visibility, and drive conversions.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace or eCommerce channels (consumer electronics experience preferred).
Proven record of driving revenue growth and scaling multi-million-dollar Amazon accounts.
Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations.
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Amazon analytics, and advertising tools.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 15% for Amazon meetings, conferences, and events.

Compensation
Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000/year plus commission structure, based on experience.
