About the Role The Product Manager acts as the central connection between customers, marketing, and engineering. This role combines technical insight, business acumen, and strategic vision to deliver impactful product solutions and growth. You’ll lead efforts to understand customer needs, define market messages, drive new product development, and position offerings competitively in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategy and business plan for a global product portfolio.
Bridge departments — working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure cohesive product vision and successful execution.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and translate insights into actionable product plans.
Understand customer needs and voice of customer to guide innovation and marketing direction.
Lead new product launches, campaigns, and global pricing strategies.
Drive product performance to meet growth, profitability, and ROI targets.
Deliver training and communication strategies to empower internal teams and channels.
Identify acquisition opportunities and evaluate potential product expansions.
Who We’re Looking For You’re a seasoned product leader who thrives in cross‑functional settings and brings a mix of strategic insight and hands‑on leadership. You’re influential, data‑driven, and ready to drive business growth while outpacing the competition.
Qualifications
5+ years in product management, engineering, or technical sales (medical or technical equipment background preferred).
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business or technology a plus.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to bridge commercial and technical teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Experience managing global portfolios; multilingual or international experience preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
