This hybrid/remote position is located in Los Angeles, CA, and offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated, family‑owned provider focused on developmental disabilities and mental health.

Position Title BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Position Summary A BCBA Clinical Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with developmental disabilities and severe behavior challenges. Duties include curriculum development, data analysis, staff supervision, parent training, and the preparation of quarterly reports.

Major Functions and Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate, and modify behavior programs and treatment plans for a caseload of clients with developmental disabilities and severe behavior problems.

Monitor effectiveness of treatment approaches and adjust programs as needed.

Conduct functional assessments and prepare assessment and progress reports.

Analyze data, create graphs for visual data analysis, and maintain accurate documentation.

Design and deliver behavior intervention plans, training, and related in‑service programs to staff and parents.

Ensure all treatment methodologies are evidence‑based and reflect current research findings.

Supervise clinical staff, providing feedback on the direct implementation of ABA interventions such as DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.

Provide training, consultation, and support for direct interventionists, paraprofessionals, and parents/guardians in ABA principles and crisis management.

Collaborate with families to develop behavior support strategies.

Effectively manage caseload, prepare and submit all required documentation promptly.

Submit timely billing documents, reports, and other materials.

Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, or related field.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.

Ability to directly supervise staff.

Minimum 3+ years of direct service experience with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or severe behavior problems.

Experience in designing educationally necessary programs for children with autism and related disorders.

Proficiency in functional behavior assessment, planning, and emergency intervention strategies.

Knowledge of a variety of intervention techniques (e.g., PECS, DTT, TEACCH, Pivotal Response Training, etc.).

Experience providing parent, staff, and stakeholder training and support.

Job Type Part Time to Full Time Options

Schedule Monday to Friday, with some weekends required.
