Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in computational sciences, such as computer science, data science, electrical engineering, mathematics, bioinformatics, or related discipline.

Previous experience in computer programming, particularly in Python GPU computation and cloud computing.

U.S. citizen / Green card holder

Core Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Python programming: object‑oriented programming, scripting and optimization techniques.

Vectorization and numerical computing with NumPy and SciPy.

GPU acceleration and parallel computing: CUDA, PyCUDA, Numba, cuML, CuPy.

Machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn.

Data analysis and manipulation: Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn.

Cloud computing and deployment: AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.

Distributed and big data processing: Dask, Apache Spark, PySpark.

Complementary Skills

Mathematical and statistical foundations: linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics.

Software engineering practices: Git, pytest, agile methodologies.

Problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Expected Responsibilities

Developing and optimizing machine learning algorithms for analyzing large‑scale genomic datasets.

Building scalable data pipelines and cloud‑based infrastructure to handle complex biological data.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to translate research needs into robust software solutions for diagnostics, drug discovery, and personalized medicine protocols.
