Job Summary Are you a strategic leader with a passion for precision and team development? SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Construction Estimating Manager to lead our talented team of estimators in producing high-quality, accurate, and efficient construction estimates. This role is key to driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service across our offices.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and manage Construction Estimators across projects to ensure optimal team performance.
Monitor and review estimates in progress daily, providing timely guidance and leveraging data insights to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completion within tight deadlines.
Coach Construction Estimators on SERVPRO Team Wall SOPs while promoting best practices and continuous improvement in estimating processes.
Travel monthly to each SERVPRO Team Wall office (Harrisburg, PA, Pittsburgh, PA & Hunt Valley, MD) to maintain strong team connections and oversight.
Required Qualifications
Experience managing at least 3 direct reports.
Strong customer service background with a commitment to client satisfaction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting.
Familiarity with Xactimate and/or Symbility software platforms.
