Provide timely, professional help desk support to faculty, staff, and students of all technology levels for device, network, and software issues.

Plan and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and replacements for both hardware and software.

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all technology equipment, devices, and licenses.

Ensure proper configuration and reliable operation of computers, printers, copiers, projectors, and SMART Boards across campus.

Manage Google Workspace, Apple School Manager, Jamf Pro MDM, and other cloud-based systems, including user account setup, permissions, and access.

Maintain system documentation, network maps, and administrative credentials.

Ensure data integrity, secure storage, and reliable backup of all sensitive information.

Maintain network and data security through firewalls, threat detection, and endpoint protection.

Develop and test backup and disaster recovery procedures regularly.

Establish and enforce IT policies for acceptable use, password standards, and data retention.

Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and technology purchasing.

Model Christian character and excellence in all interactions as a representative of Covenant Christian Academy.

Qualifications

A mature Christian faith and willingness to sign Covenant’s Statement of Faith and Core Values.

Commitment to model Christian character both on and off campus and to prioritize the mission of the school in all areas of work.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT management, network administration, or systems support, preferably in an educational or nonprofit environment.

Strong technical proficiency in network systems, MacOS environments, and Google Workspace.

Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, firewalls, and data protection.

Experience managing servers, backups, and integrated hardware systems.

Exceptional problem‑solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced setting.

A collaborative, proactive, and service‑oriented approach to teamwork.

Compensation Commensurate with experience. All interested candidates will be required to upload a letter of interest, professional resume, and Christian faith statement.
