Financial Services Tech Consulting Senior Consultant - Wealth and Asset Management - Aladdin
Join EY as a Financial Services Tech Consulting Senior Consultant to design, implement, and support cutting‑edge investment management solutions on the BlackRock Aladdin platform.

Opportunity You will leverage your Aladdin expertise to design, implement, and support high‑impact projects across trading, compliance, portfolio management, and post‑trade functions. As a platform owner and delivery lead, you will partner with senior stakeholders to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with EY’s strategic vision.
Your Key Responsibilities
Define overall project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementation and enhancement projects end‑to‑end.
Lead BlackRock migration activities including environment readiness, data migration, regression testing and coordination with infrastructure teams.
Define the Aladdin and Aladdin Data Cloud implementation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality and compliance.
Drive and oversee Aladdin platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points across modules.
Document client use‑cases into a use‑case catalogue and review asset class workflows.
Manage issue tracking and governance reporting for the project.
Coach junior business analysts and promote best practices in configuration, change management, and delivery methodology.
Communicate across front, middle and back‑office teams, translating complex technical topics into clear business language.
Stay current on Aladdin product enhancements, new modules and industry trends.
Skills And Attributes
Strong collaboration with client technology professionals and third‑party alliances.
Execution of seamless projects & building strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or graduate degree) with 3 years related experience (or 2 years graduate, 1 year experience).
Finance, accounting, engineering, computer science, MBA or MS preferred.
Minimum 1+ year in a financial services company or advisory role.
Experience in Hedge Fund, Wealth/Asset Management or management consulting in those sectors.
1‑2+ years hands‑on Aladdin experience.
Demonstrated leadership of Aladdin implementations and technology life‑cycle management.
Strong communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
Ability to research client inquiries and emerging regulatory issues.
Willingly travel; passport and valid driver’s license required.
Experience in the Following Areas
Aladdin, Aladdin Accounting, eFront, Aladdin Data Cloud, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, SQL
Business and technical requirements definition & design
System design, selection, implementation support
Data mapping, conversion, proof of concept, QA, testing
Process reengineering, enterprise application integration, package implementation
Program/project management, reporting, reconciliation redesign
