You’ll be accountable for scope, schedule and budget as well as technical quality of engineering deliverables as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations. You’ll effectively recognize and communicate scope and design changes promptly. You’ll also provide site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and discipline leads. Your highly interactive team will produce.
Responsibilities
Acquire scope, schedule, budget, technical quality of engineering deliverables with familiarity with the client’s expectations.
Recognize and communicate scope and design changes promptly.
Provide site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and discipline leads.
Produce single line diagrams, electric room layouts, motor control elementaries and connection diagrams, cable tray plans, grounding, embedded conduit and ductbank plans, cable schedules, lighting and power plans.
Maintain panel schedules and grid of panels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering.
At least 5 years of Electrical Engineering Experience.
Engineer in Training (EIT).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, petrochemical and industrial facilities.
Working knowledge of Revit as well as Navisworks and/or Revizto.
Professional Engineering License (PE) Preferred.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi‑disciplinary teams often located in different offices.
Passionate about buildings and construction.
Benefits The base salary range for this position is $91,400.00 to $119,925.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Employees have access to medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discount. Eligible employees may also enroll in a deferred compensation plan or the Executive Deferral Plan.
