Workplace Experience Director / General Manager - Dearborn, MI Join CBRE as a Workplace Experience Director / General Manager. You will oversee the department responsible for the delivery of all workplace experience services in Dearborn, MI. This onsite position focuses on providing world‑class customer service to building occupants.

What You’ll Do

Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and recruitment.

Coordinate daily team activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and set department deadlines.

Develop and oversee operating and administrative policies, aligning with client business needs and strategic plans.

Manage revenue and expenses for the property, establish savings goals, and control the budget.

Develop and maintain vendor partnerships to achieve cost savings.

Build and maintain trusted client relationships, negotiate priorities, and monitor key service‑delivery metrics.

Review and audit the service business continuity plan and enforce safety standards.

Lead by example, modeling CBRE RISE values and driving results across multiple departments.

Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems using appropriate resources.

Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the role.

What You’ll Need

HS Diploma or GED required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8‑12 years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience). In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching and performance management.

Strong leadership skills and ability to set, manage, and achieve targets across multiple departments.

In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Expert organizational skills and a curious, analytical mindset.
