We Are Currently Recruiting For The Position Of

Sr. Analyst, Strategic Finance - Modesto/Dublin, CA

Job Summary The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end‑to‑end to identify and address operational, financial and other opportunities to improve efficiency. This role works closely with the strategic finance team gathering, analyzing, and organizing information to assist the company in business and strategic planning. The position works independently and conducts research to determine feasibility of proposals and potential short‑ and long‑term impact to the organization. This role will be involved in projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that the strategic insights deliver high‑quality and relevant data to impact our business.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Identification of opportunities and development of growth strategies for new offerings, customer segments, geographic markets, operational savings, and/or business models.

Build business cases through investment analysis (ROI, NPV, IRR, etc.), business planning, and operational improvement.

Ongoing partnership and guidance as a team to execute strategies and refine approach based on results.

Develop and track critical KPI metrics and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key support role in scaling our strategic financial planning and business analytics processes.

Research, synthesize, and interpret data/information from various internal and external sources to assess impact analysis on current events and predict future business impact to the company.

Develop complex real‑time financial models to evaluate the impact of initiatives on the total company.

Synthesize results and develop concise storyline/material to communicate recommendations to senior management.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Hiring pay range: $89,445.00 - $105,019.00

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

Strong understanding and analytics in data management tools, (e.g. Excel, Oracle Hyperion Essbase, etc.).

Well‑rounded interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships with stakeholders.

Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information, structure a concise point of view.

Strategic/analytical mindset with an ability to develop analytical frameworks.

Excellent analytical, planning, organization/time management, and presentation skills.

Strong problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.

Education : 4 Year/Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience/training

Experience : 5 years directly related experience
