Job Overview
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the project from drafting and engineering, through production, erection, and job close‑out. In doing so, the position supports both sales and construction services as necessary.
Salary Base salary range:
$90,000 – $130,000+
(based on experience).

Responsibilities
Pre‑design through completion of large, high‑profile, complex precast structures
Lead and assist Project Managers as needed
Collaborate with design teams (architects, engineers, contractors, owners) in project development and construction
Evaluate construction documents, identify constraints and constructability concerns, and communicate with the design team
Apply comprehensive knowledge of precast industry, company products, applications, and capabilities
Assist in contract review, execution, subcontracts, and change orders
Identify, manage, and resolve risks with internal and external stakeholders
Manage changes to project scope and costs
Develop project schedules aligned with contract deliverables
Communicate deliverables to all departments
Review cost reports, aging, and billing forecasts weekly; develop action plans as needed
Generate billings or pay applications for the general contractor
Champion accounts‑receivable processes and payment collection
Assist in procurement of production and erection materials
Collaborate with erection superintendents to maintain daily operations and execution of erection plans
Analyze piece tracking reports, production schedules, and delta reports to ensure adherence to contracted schedule dates
Participate weekly in onsite sub‑contractor meetings and monthly safety and quality audits of field erection crews
Attend sales meetings, conventions, and award functions as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
8+ years of Project Management experience with related precast experience (required)
Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with co‑workers, customers, and contractors
Ability to train, coach, and lead a team with respect and dignity
OSHA 30‑hour training certification (provided)
Self‑motivated and able to complete tasks efficiently
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Willingness and ability to travel with occasional overnight stays
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment
Visual acuity and ability to read small print
Hearing acuity and effective communication
Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment
Mobility to move around the office as needed
Working Conditions Minimal risk of exposure to unusual elements. Minimal risk of safety precautions; intermittent field or jobsite visits may require safety precautions and exposure to harsh weather.
