System One is actively recruiting for a
Construction Project Coordinator
position located in Amarillo, TX. The role is a long-term contract position.
Responsibilities:
Working from a shared email alias and using OneNote to track submittals, manage due dates, and coordinate back to suppliers.
Driving project coordination, managing deadlines, and staying on top of packages of drawings to prevent omissions.
Routing drawings to the appropriate internal teams.
Coordinating deadlines and ensuring timely submission of required documents.
Preparing large-format hard copy prints and packaging for support of substation and transmission groups.
Printing, gathering large-format documentation, and packaging 11x17 bound books containing drawings and project documentation for shipment to construction sites.
Providing support mainly to internal business, with occasional correspondence to outside equipment suppliers.
Requirements:
2–4 years of construction job site experience (less experience accepted with relevant business or construction management education/degree or administrative certifications).
Proficient with MS Office suite, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, ProjectWise, Bluebeam, or Adobe Pro, including PDF modification.
Experience with RFIs and correspondence.
Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
Attention to detail.
Project Location:
Amarillo, TX; Denver, CO; or Minneapolis, MN
Project Schedule:
Standard work hours; onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Monday and Friday are remote if no work permits.
Contract Duration:
8 months
Hourly Pay Rate:
$26–$28.50/hr.
