What You Will Do

Lead technical recruitment end-to-end, from role definition through successful onboarding.

Create and enhance recruiting infrastructure, including structured interview processes, clear job descriptions, candidate evaluation frameworks, and analytics dashboards.

Act as a strategic advisor and problem solver for hiring managers, clarifying talent needs, aligning expectations, and facilitating swift hiring decisions.

Continuously optimize the candidate experience, balancing efficiency, rigor, and empathy, while clearly communicating complex information.

Analyze recruitment metrics (pipeline health, hiring velocity, sourcing effectiveness) to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Professionally represent Reevo, building lasting relationships and clearly articulating our value proposition in competitive talent markets.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth startups or dynamic tech environments.

Proven success recruiting for software engineering roles (infrastructure, data engineering, machine learning, full-stack), employing automated sourcing, outbound recruiting, and impactful candidate engagement.

Demonstrated expertise in building scalable recruiting processes and systems from conception to implementation.

Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas clearly, influencing stakeholders, and building trust.

Strong commitment to delivering outstanding candidate experiences, understanding their direct impact on hiring outcomes.

Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple recruiting initiatives strategically and tactically.

Proficiency with modern recruitment tools (Lever, Ashby, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter).

Capable of recruiting effectively across technical and non-technical roles, a plus.
