As an Energy All-Source Analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign energy infrastructures, systems, resources, facilities or installations, networks, and equipment.

Responsibilities As an Energy All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address foreign oil and gas generation, transmission, and distribution systems as well as their related infrastructures and networks. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in areas like analysis, writing, and communication. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools.
You Have
Experience producing all-source intelligence analysis reports and briefings and inputting them into IC databases
Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have
3+ years of experience with energy systems, resources, facilities or installations, networks, equipment, and infrastructures such as electric power, oil, and gas production or generation, transmission and distribution systems, and oil and gas reserves
Experience with network development tools and methods
Knowledge of oil and natural gas production and related infrastructure
Knowledge of ICD 203 or 206 analytic tradecraft standards
Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation We offer a total compensation package that includes a salary range of $62,000 to $141,000 annually (USD), health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible for Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
