The Creative Project Manager on the Beverage team is a dynamic, resourceful individual who thrives at the intersection of Marketing and Creative. The role focuses on managing priorities, team bandwidth, and timeline creation for final deliverables. By facilitating structure, the project manager aligns priorities between Beverage Brand, Trade, Creative Director, and Senior Leadership projects, ensuring complex campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
Location: Chicago, IL (River North). This hybrid position requires 2 days in the office per week.
Responsibilities
Drive the prioritization and execution of all key Beverage Marketing projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Serve as the primary source of truth, coordinating immediate and cross‑functional teams, as well as external vendors.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve project‑management processes, enhancing efficiency across the organization.
Champion prioritization decisions with stakeholders, communicating trade‑offs and mitigation solutions.
Maintain accountability for marketing function RACIs, engaging all key stakeholders on assigned projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, timelines, and KPIs, developing comprehensive plans and anticipating challenges.
Partner with Creative, Trade Marketing, Brand Experiential, and Brand Equity teams to translate brand strategies into impactful projects and facilitate effective communication.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies, vendors, and executives, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize data‑driven insights to measure project effectiveness, reporting performance and recommending improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
5+ years of project‑management experience in marketing or related fields, with a strong focus on creative and marketing initiatives.
Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects, preferably within the cannabis or consumer goods industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project‑management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Additional Requirements
Must pass all required background checks.
Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Pay Range: $80,000—$110,000 USD. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on organization and individual performance.
