Blue Origin is assembling a leadership team to enable humanity's future in space. This role is part of corporate functions, providing centralized support across business unit teams, functions, and locations. As a founding member of Blue Origin's executive recruiting capability, you will establish search standards and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership in high-stakes, confidential executive searches. Key Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, engage, and hire top executive talent. Conduct proactive market mapping and benchmarking to stay ahead of talent trends in key functional areas. Cultivate a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for critical executive roles. Develop and implement executive recruiting strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand growth objectives and executive hiring needs. Deliver quarterly talent intelligence briefings to inform leadership decisions on organizational capability and market trends. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of executive candidates to evaluate qualifications, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit. Apply advanced assessment tools and techniques to advise and guide hiring decisions. Present comprehensive candidate reports and recommendations to senior leadership. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and hiring managers, providing thought leadership on all aspects of the executive search process. Develop a deep understanding of business strategy and culture to align talent acquisition with company goals. Offer strategic insights on market dynamics, competitor activity, and compensation trends. Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential executive candidates and lead the candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding. Orchestrate executive-level interactions including C-suite meetings, site visits, and strategic conversations that showcase Blue Origin's mission and culture. Lead initiatives to continuously enhance the recruitment process and maintain metrics to track impact. Qualifications

10+ years in full lifecycle executive recruitment with a track record of sourcing and closing VP-level searches. Deep expertise in executive search methodologies, advanced assessments, and recruitment technologies. Ability to cultivate relationships and build trust with executive candidates and Blue Origin leaders. Experience as a talent advisor to senior leaders and ability to influence at the executive level. Fluent with talent platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiting CRMs, market analytics tools, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications

Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. Operational excellence across the recruitment process from strategy to offer negotiation. Discretion, integrity, and handling of confidential information. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate management. Analytical skills to measure and scale recruitment workflow. Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $152,484.00/yr - $213,477.59/yr Other site ranges may differ; WA applicants: $152,484.00-$213,477.60 Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, parental leave, disability, 401(k) with company match, and Education Support Program.
