Become an expert in wound management, learn from highly qualified wound‑certified physician trainers and fellowship directors. Utilize cutting‑edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.
Responsibilities
Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in the post‑acute care setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long‑Term Acute Care Hospitals.
Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
Visit 2‑3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20‑30 patients per day.
Document clinical care in real‑time during rounds using the proprietary wound‑specific EMR.
Serve in a mobile practice, visiting facilities within a 40‑60 mile radius of the practice location.
Requirements
Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week. (Part‑time) Full‑time requires 4‑5 days per week.
Practice Overview
Full‑time work: Monday‑Friday (7am‑4pm) or part‑time available.
No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities.
Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in the post‑acute care setting.
Part‑time role is a minimum of 3 days per week. Full‑time role is 4‑5 days per week.
Mobile practice: physicians visit facilities within a 40‑60 mile radius.
W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).
Paid training during onboarding plus 6‑month wound care fellowship.
