Weare seeking a dedicated Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Guadalupe AZ. This full‑time position is ideal for individuals passionate about community medicine, offering a 100% outpatient setting with minimal call responsibilities.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.

Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.

Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Arizona.

Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.

Prior experience in a family medicine setting preferred.
