Title & Location Sr. Java Developer / Lead (Icertis) – Charlotte, NC. Hybrid, 3 days a week in office (locals needed). 8+ years of experience required. Final round of interview with client will be in‑person.

Our Challenge
As a Senior Software Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications on the ICI platform.
Candidate will work on AI‑enhanced features, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the evolution of contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions.
The Role
Develop AI/ML‑powered tools and features using Icertis’ proprietary AI applications.
Collaborate with Application Manager and SME to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of cloud‑based applications (primarily on OCP platform).
Work with modern front‑end frameworks like Angular and client‑side scripting tools.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
Strong experience with iCertis platform (Template designing, SSO, API Integration and Integration Configurations).
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure/OCP).
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Requirements
Experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.
Familiarity with OCP containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have: Java Spring Boot.
