Location: Hybrid – Kent (with additional offices in Suffolk and London).
Vantage Building Control is a registered building control approver with offices in Suffolk, London and Kent. We’re excited to expand our Kent team and are looking for a Regional Building Control Manager to lead our Building Control services.
Role Overview This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to manage a dynamic team and be a key player within the senior management team. The Regional Building Control Manager will contribute significantly to ensuring regulatory compliance and the profitable long‑term growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team to deliver Building Regulations services efficiently and competently.
Work with clients, construction workers and other professionals to ensure projects meet relevant legislation, regulations and associated standards.
Report to the Managing Director and maintain the highest professional standards alongside colleagues.
Qualifications
Accredited status through RICS, CABE or CIOB.
