We’re looking for an IT & Cloud Operations Engineer who can support our remote team and manage the infrastructure that powers our application. This is a hands‑on, mid‑level role focused on internal IT operations, cloud environment management, and maintaining a secure, PCI‑compliant setup.
What You’ll Do
Support Our Remote Team
Set up and onboard new employees with laptops, accounts, and access to company systems.
Manage user permissions and groups across platforms (AD, Atlassian, HubSpot, etc.).
Maintain an inventory of company devices and software licenses.
Troubleshoot day‑to‑day IT issues and ensure employees stay productive.
Manage Our Cloud & Infrastructure
Maintain and monitor AWS‑hosted environments (EC2, S3, VPC, EKS, etc.).
Ensure our network and cloud configurations meet PCI DSS and security best practices.
Implement and manage access control across systems.
Coordinate software updates, patches, and backups to keep systems secure and reliable.
Partner with engineering and compliance teams to support audits, vulnerability management, and incident response.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in IT support, network operations, or cloud infrastructure management.
Solid understanding of AWS administration and networking fundamentals.
Familiarity with PCI DSS or other compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
Experience managing and scaling EC2 and EKS.
Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Bonus Points For
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator (or similar certification).
Experience automating tasks or managing infrastructure via scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
