As a Data & Analytics Consultant, you will be a part of a fast-paced environment helping clients solve complex issues and delivering exceptional results. A primary responsibility will be working shoulder to shoulder with clients, focusing on some of the most challenging business problems. You will constantly bridge the gap that often exists between technical experts (data scientists, data engineers) and operational and functional experts (senior leaders, frontline managers, finance, HR, sales, marketing, supply chain).
Responsibilities
Align: Work with leaders to define success and prioritize business problems that will lead to high business impact when solved.
Engage: Dig in with business leaders and data teams to uncover core problems, leading with curiosity and humility to unearth issues related to data and how analytics is used.
Design: Lead clients through a human-centered design approach to problem solving, collaborating closely with combined client teams.
Execute: Manage analytics programs/projects with a hyper focus on delivery excellence - we dive into data analytics projects "with our sleeves rolled up."
Sustain: Equip teams with an actionable plan for using data more effectively, resulting in deeper insights, data-informed decisions, and an elevated culture of applying analytics.
Client Resolution: Proficient at recognizing and diagnosing client problems.
Relationship Building: Proactively cultivate and expand your professional network.
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience working in data analytics i.e. data visualization, advanced analytics, modeling and statistics.
1+ years experience in a business or function role (sales, operations, HR, finance, marketing, etc).
Consulting or internal consulting experience.
Ability to tell compelling data stories using Tableau, Power BI, and/or D3.js.
Experience building low-code apps to streamline workflows and improve data access.
Experience using SQL to extract and analyze data, driving insights across business functions.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written).
Proven leadership and teamwork abilities.
Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments.
Proven skills in the identification and resolution of client challenges.
Demonstrated ability to effectively expand professional networks through strategic relationship building and engagement.
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Energy & Utilities Industry experience is a plus.

Benefits The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000–$120,000 annually. This may differ by location. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company’s discretion.
