What You’ll Do
Source, qualify, and engage top‑performing professionals earning $100K–$250K+
Conduct high‑volume outreach via phone, text, and LinkedIn.
Head‑hunt passive talent and build deep pipelines for mid‑to‑senior‑level roles
Screen and assess candidates to match them with mission‑critical roles
Collaborate directly with our Managing Director to schedule and prep interviews
Manage candidate flow via ATS/CRM + spreadsheets
Learn the sourcing side first, then graduate to managing client relationships
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a sales, recruiting, or client‑facing role
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
Competitive mindset with a passion for winning
Strong attention to detail and follow‑up
Experience sourcing on LinkedIn or using CRM tools is a plus
