Job Description
As a Phlebotomist at TriHealth, you play a vital role in patient care by efficiently collecting and processing blood specimens for diagnostic testing using state‑of‑the‑art equipment. You ensure specimen integrity, maintain accurate documentation, follow safety protocols, and serve patients with compassion, providing a reassuring and professional experience for individuals of all ages while supporting laboratory operations.

Good Samaritan Hospital at 375 Dixmyth Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45220
Work Hours
- Full‑time, 80 hours bi‑weekly
- Days (4 AM - 12:30 PM)
- Every 3rd weekend rotation and holiday
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Phlebotomy certification (preferred)
- 1‑2 years of experience in phlebotomy (preferred)
Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to protocols ensuring safety, confidentiality, and sample integrity
- Maintain accurate documentation within expected timeframes
- Ensure specimen integrity through proper identification, data collection, and handling
- Take initiative to manage complex tasks as needed
- Prioritize accuracy throughout the collection process, ensuring timely and precise work
