Our client is a high-growth SaaS and FinTech company operating in the private capital markets space. The company provides next-generation financial technology solutions, helping fund administrators and asset managers automate complexity, scale operations, and improve transparency.

With significant traction in North America and EMEA, they are entering the next phase of growth, focusing on predictable revenue, operational discipline, and global alignment.

Role Summary We are seeking a Vice President of Finance on a clear path to CFO to lead the company’s global financial function. This is a hands‑on executive leadership role for a commercially‑minded operator with deep SaaS expertise. The VP of Finance will oversee financial strategy, forecasting, investor readiness, and systems implementation, partnering closely with the CEO and President to drive growth, operational maturity, and strategic milestones, including future fundraising rounds. This role is designed for a candidate ready to step into a CFO position within the next 2–3 years.

Key Responsibilities

Drive financial strategy: budgets, forecasts, SaaS KPIs (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV), and scenario planning.

Lead investor relations & fundraising readiness, including Board reporting and due diligence.

Oversee commercial finance: pricing, margins, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and profitability tracking.

Ensure financial control & compliance, including audits, tax, and risk management.

Build and mentor a high‑performing finance team while embedding financial accountability across the business.

Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years in finance, with 5+ years in senior SaaS / FinTech roles.

Experience scaling finance functions through Series A / B / C or pre‑exit stages.

Strong FP&A, SaaS metrics expertise, investor‑facing reporting, and commercial partnership skills.

Highly analytical, collaborative, calm under pressure; CPA or MBA preferred.

Ambitious and ready to progress into a CFO role.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Up to $250,000 (DoE) + discretionary bonus (20–30%)
