Job Description We are ready now to lead the transformation of the nation’s brand‑new air traffic control system—an ambitious initiative to enhance safety, improve reliability and security, reduce outages, decrease the total cost of ownership, and prepare the aviation system for the future by replacing aging infrastructure with modern technologies and state‑of‑the‑art facilities. This role will be led by a Quality Director who will play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest quality standards across the project.
What You’ll Be Doing
Owns quality planning, performance metrics, risk integration, and escalation management.
Day‑to‑day QA execution across workstreams.
Executes audits (process/product).
Manages Corrective Action Program.
Approves CDRL QA deliverables.
Interfaces with FAA COR on quality matters.
Span: Includes Test Readiness, Site QA readiness, etc.
Required Skills You’ll Bring
15+ years of experience, 20 years preferred.
10+ years experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of Degree.
Experience with large program QA/QC.
Systems and facilities experience.
PMP/CQE preferred.
Strong stakeholder skills.
US Citizenship required.
Security Clearance Requirement None
