What We’re Looking For The FinTech Banking team is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief FinTech Officer for a 3-month contract duration. The right candidate must be a team player who is solution oriented, able to work quickly and efficiently and has a "get it right the first time" attitude. Customer Service skills is a plus! Remaining flexible in your work day is also required. Must be able to stay organized in a busy work environment and able to work independently. Responsibilities
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the head of FinTech Banking including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
Lead and manage domestic and international end-to-end travel planning, and coordinate related arrangements
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between FinTech Banking and the rest of the company; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
Works closely and effectively with the teams to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the them updated
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, etc.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles confidential matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures

Qualifications
3+ Years of Administrative Assistant experience
Excellent in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent writing and communication skills
