Location: Phoenix, AZ 85018 (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-Time/Exempt
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Picerne Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, manage, and enhance engaging training programs for the professional development of our multifamily property teams. This role is ideal for someone comfortable presenting in front of groups, on camera, and creating multimedia content to make training meaningful, actionable, and engaging.
Travel from Phoenix, AZ to Las Vegas, NV is required. Frequency is based upon needs. The expectation is no less than one week per quarter. This is not a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Administration: Manage Aspire LMS, ensuring accuracy, automation, compliance tracking, and seamless user experience. Troubleshoot learner and manager issues as needed.
Training Facilitation: Deliver live and virtual sessions for onboarding, compliance, systems, and leadership programs. Coordinate scheduling, manage attendance, and communicate post‑training follow‑ups.
Content Development: Design and update training materials, job aids, and SCORM‑compliant eLearning content. Record, edit, and upload video content using tools such as Canva Pro, Descript, and Clipchamp, ensuring alignment with company branding.
Reporting & Analytics: Track course completion, learner engagement, and compliance metrics and provide actionable insights through reports and dashboards on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Change Management & Communication: Share training initiatives, updates, and policy changes clearly with property leadership and office teams.
Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic audits of telephone techniques, content, system performance, and accessibility standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across learning resources.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Learning & Development/Training
Proven experience managing an LMS – Aspire preferred
Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in‑person environments
Proficiency in content development tools (Canva, PowerPoint, video editing platforms)
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate learning data into actionable insights
Excellent and engaging communication skills
Strong organizational habits and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multi‑family property management and experience in Yardi and CRM required
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a vehicle
