Job Description

The role focuses on high customer service within a security post at office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. You will build meaningful connections and reassure guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
