Job Overview Johnson Restoration Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales, particularly in construction/roofing environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, develop business opportunities, and enhance customer service initiatives. Pay Range:

$70,000 - $150,000 base + performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company goals and targets.

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.

Training Oversight:

Hire and oversee training of sales team members to enhance performance.

Client Relationships:

Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

CRM Management:

Utilize LeapCRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.

Team Mentorship:

Provide training and mentorship to team members to improve their skills and performance.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.

Competitor Analysis:

Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Experience:

Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in construction or roofing sales.

Leadership:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Analytical Skills:

Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.

CRM Proficiency:

Proficient in Leap or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.

Communication:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service.

Strategic Planning:

Ability to develop strategic plans that drive business development initiatives.

Mindset:

A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

License:

Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements Ability to travel locally for client meetings, stand for presentations, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs (e.g., sales materials or equipment).
