We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/on‑call assistance to end‑users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Technical Support
Provide day‑to‑day onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
Perform hardware repairs and replacements for laptops, desktops, and printers.
Troubleshoot and resolve LAN and WAN connectivity issues across various network devices.
Handle incident management and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
Coordinate with remote support teams and vendors for escalations.
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with end users.
Maintain asset inventory and ensure timely documentation of all service activities.

Strong knowledge of hardware repair, network troubleshooting, Active Directory, and ServiceNow.
Proficient in both Windows and macOS environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Create shift handover reports and maintain accurate logs of ongoing issues.
Education & Experience
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in a desktop support or help‑desk environment.
Experience with dispatching or coordinating IT support is a strong plus.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in supporting Windows and Mac OS environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Zendesk).
Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Preferred Certifications
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
ITIL Foundation (for process‑oriented environments)
