We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring
Food & Beverage Manager
to oversee all aspects of dining operations at The Polly Café and other food and beverage services within Founders Place. This role is perfect for a hands‑on leader who loves crafting memorable moments, developing talented teams, and elevating the guest experience every day.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations of The Polly Café and other property‑wide food and beverage services.
Develop and execute innovative menus, continuously refining recipes and concepts to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
Lead, train, and inspire a high‑performing culinary and service team to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with Utah Department of Health and all food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage budgets, purchasing, and inventory to meet financial goals while maintaining top‑quality standards.
Collaborate closely with ownership, residents, and staff to deliver a welcoming, community‑driven dining experience.
Monitor food trends and guest feedback to adjust menus and service approaches proactively.
Create and maintain weekly schedules, ensuring proper staffing and operational efficiency.
Lead by example—fostering professionalism, positivity, and teamwork throughout all areas of food and beverage operations.

Compensation : $75k /annually
Employment Type : Full Time, Year Round
Schedule : Varies, may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Minimum Requirements Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Culinary degree preferred (2‑ or 4‑year program)
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of management experience in fine dining, resort, or luxury hospitality setting
Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial or resort kitchen
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and Toast POS
ServSafe certification required
Working knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, mixers, blenders, etc.)
