Job Summary Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Program Analyst II for our Bridgeton, MO facility. This position will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks within the Combat Support Services (CSS) campaign as well as providing support to the individual program managers. It will also work on special projects within the campaign to include process improvements and integrated master schedule activities. The position will be used to develop and improve program management skills with a path to becoming a program manager.

Job Responsibilities

Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a large program or several portions of a more complex program

Establish complex program plans and conduct in‑depth research to define program requirements

Support program managers

Interface with all levels of the customer, vendors and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets and schedules

Develop new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics

Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate

Assist with proposal efforts

May provide work leadership for lower level employees

Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related or equivalent combination of education and experience

5+ years of directly related experience

Experience with Microsoft Project preferred

Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time

The salary range for this position is $70,744.00/year- $91,967.00/year for the state of Illinois. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance‑based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non‑exempt employees as applicable).
