is looking for a driven

Electrical-Electronical Maintenance Manager

to take our technical installations to the next level. You will lead a team of engineers and team leaders (and indirectly technicians) responsible for preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance. In addition, you and your team will also be responsible for optimising all electronically controlled systems within our production environment. Together, you will guarantee continuity, safety and innovation in a high-tech setting in the electrical and electronic field.

In this key role, you will be the link between technical perfection and operational continuity. You will combine professional knowledge with vision and contribute to a culture of quality, safety and cooperation. In short: a bottle neck with a passion for technology and a nose for structure and "Flessengeluk".

Responsibilities & Key Tasks Operational management & leadership

Coordinating the department and efficiently scheduling maintenance work

Final responsibility for the availability of electronic equipment, including machine adjustments, malfunctions and maintenance

Managing shift schedules, leave requests and any overtime

Ensuring the correct execution of machine backups, password and software management

Drawing up annual budgets for materials and labour and substantiating and/or defending these

Involvement in personnel planning, job interviews and audits

Carrying out performance reviews, talent management and training plans for your team

Encouraging cooperation, motivation and a culture of continuous improvement within the team

First point of contact for all communication within your department

Ensuring correct documentation and reporting in accordance with company guidelines

Quality and Safety

Ensuring compliance with all quality, safety and environmental standards (ISO, BRCGS, PDPL, etc.) and norms. Intervening when necessary to guarantee the effectiveness and accuracy of processes and safety in order to ensure quality

Approving calibration plans, managing risk analyses and taking action in the event of deviations

Participating in audits and emergency drills and leading improvement processes based on audit results

Guaranteeing the confidentiality and correct archiving of all process documentation

Process optimisation and innovation

Guiding and setting up efficiency and cost‑saving projects

Preparing investment projects, carrying out feasibility studies, closely monitoring projects and taking action in the event of non‑conformities

Working closely with other departments to implement process improvements and promote a culture of continuous improvement through methods such as Lean or TPM

Analysing data to identify trends and formulate improvement proposals

Keeping abreast of technological developments, researching applications and introducing innovations in the factory

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Automation or Industrial Sciences

At least 5 years' experience in electronic maintenance within an industrial production environment

Demonstrable experience in team coordination, planning and technical process optimisation

Strong analytical and communication skills, with a hands‑on mentality

Knowledge of ERP packages (preferably SAP), industrial software and machine control systems is a plus

Knowledge of PLC Siemens

Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English
