2505-0378We’re thrilled that you are interested in joining us here at the Amynta Group!The Gap Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing claims to ensure that all required documentation is compliant with contract terms. This role involves evaluating claim files, identifying discrepancies or missing information, and coordinating with dealerships, lenders, and customers to facilitate accurate and timely claim resolution. The Gap Analyst ensures that all claims are managed in accordance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory guidelines. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and familiarity with financial and insurance documentation are essential for success in this role.* Responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to internal business partners and external customers for resolution of gap benefit.* Responsible for sending correspondence, managing, and ensuring appropriate follow up.* Responsible for maintaining accuracy of diaries, emails, and voicemails within company timeframes.* Responsible for entering claims information into database system.* Responsible for providing information regarding benefits, coverage, payment, policies and procedures via telephone calls.* Gathers and assembles pertinent claim information by contacting lenders, auto dealers, borrowers and /or agents and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of documentation for benefit processing.* Requests additional documents to assist in the determination of a claim as assigned by the Claims AdjusterThe Amynta Group (the “**Company**”) is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of any ground of discrimination protected by applicable human rights legislation.
