Essential Job Functions
Pours Urethane into molds and lines different pump parts
Operates and maintains machinery and production line equipment
Maintains a clean workstation and production floor.
Follows health and safety standard.
Follows production guidelines and specifications.
Finalizes and packages products for shipment.
Monitors the production line and removes faulty products.
Participates in ongoing on-the-job training to adhere to company policies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Any other duties deemed necessary by direct supervisor or higher.
Pulls and puts away molds and cores based on manufacturing needs
Maintains a clean and safe environment by adhering to company safety and procedure policies

Requirements
Troubleshoot Molding Problems
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Able to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
Ability to work as a team as well as being self‑directed
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Required Physical Demands Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Physical capability to properly handle tooling and safely set up large pieces; including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products. Must be able to stand, sit and bend for long periods of time.
Work Environment Manufacturing environment: loud noise levels, high temperatures, dirt and sand.
Required PPE: steel‑toed shoes, safety glasses, dust masks, and/or respirators.
