Position Title: Production Associate

Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour starting pay plus $0.30 per hour shift premium; Pay increases to $24.21 up to as much as $26.65 after probationary period

Category/Shift: Hourly Full‑time – must be able to work any shift; currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

The Job You Will Perform

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading a tape measure
• Utilizing basic shop math; inspecting
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
• Cleaning‑up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap
