Responsibilities
The Receptionist receives callers in person or via telephone, determines the nature of business, and directs callers to the appropriate destination. Key duties include:
- Obtains telephone caller’s name and directs them to appropriate personnel or receives messages.
- Greets and directs visitors to destination, records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon; issues visitor’s pass when required.
- Collects and distributes mail and packages.
- Performs additional clerical duties as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
