Responsibilities for the Electrical Hardware Engineer

• Conduct comprehensive trade studies to evaluate and select optimal hardware solutions.
• Perform detailed analyses to support hardware performance, reliability, and compliance.
• Design and develop hardware components and systems in alignment with project requirements.
• Provide engineering support throughout the production lifecycle, including factory floor engagement and issue resolution.
• Develop, validate, and implement hardware testing procedures to ensure functionality and quality.
• Lead and support hardware integration activities, ensuring seamless system-level performance.

Qualifications for the Electrical Hardware Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of Hardware engineering experience
• 5+ years of applicable domain experience
• Experience with DO-254 and DO-178

Compensation for the Electrical Hardware Engineer

• $130,000 to $215,000 *Depending on Experience
• Per diem and relocation assistance
• Cigna Medical, dental, vision, Holidays, 401k, PTO and Sick leave as required by law
