Role Description

This is a full-time management role, located on-site in Freehold, NJ. The position involves overseeing daily store operations, supervising and mentoring staff, implementing company policies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The manager will also be responsible for inventory management, sales performance, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for this role.
