The Toro Company is hiring: Assembler - American Augers in West Salem

Assembler - American Augers role at The Toro Company. This position is located in West Salem, Ohio.

American Augers is a division of The Toro Company that builds the largest horizontal directional drills in the industry and a full range of auger boring machines. Their rigs are built to last and backed by 24‑hour worldwide support.

Hours: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Thursday

Wage: $19 per hour

What Will You Do?

• Complete assembly of intricate and expensive apparatus, machines or equipment with a large number of parts, or erection of very large and complicated units.
• Bolting, screwing, clipping or otherwise fastening parts together using a variety of hand tools (electric and pneumatic).
• Perform considerable fitting, aligning and adjusting to very close tolerances with strict inspection requirements.
• Engage in highly diversified tasks related to mechanical assembly.

What Do You Need?

• Technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work and procedures.
• Experience in using power tools.
• Must be able to read and assemble to blueprints.
• Diesel mechanic and electrical experience preferred.
