Responsibilities
Ensure the clinical team complies with company policies, procedures, and administrative responsibilities, carrying out company policies with sincerity and integrity.
Manage and coach clinical representatives using field rides, individual and group meetings, and company resources to align regional goals, develop talent, and adopt best practices.

Demonstrate effective change leadership to adapt to evolving customer bases, industry expectations, and the growing Neuromodulation division.
Collaborate with HR to locate, recruit, and hire top clinical candidates for open positions, maintaining a robust, diverse bench of candidates for future needs.
Support sales development of the clinical team in procedures, service needs, competitive insights, and product knowledge.
Participate in IST trainings and certifications required for the Clinical Sales Manager role.
Ensure all direct reports have annual/quarterly objectives and implement a regular performance evaluation schedule, providing feedback, coaching, and documenting performance.
Collaborate with the Regional Business Director to align clinical team goals, objectives, and support with the regional sales strategy and revenue growth.
Communicate regularly with direct reports, Regional Business Directors, Territory Managers, peers, and the Director of Field Sales Development regarding clinical activities and marketplace changes; perform administrative tasks related to management, expense, inventory, and communication.
Drive alignment to corporate, division, and regional vision, goals, and activities.
Spend at least 60% of time in the field conducting field rides with the clinical specialist team.
Qualifications
Combined minimum of seven years of clinical experience in a related field (e.g., nursing or other health‑care discipline) and a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Demonstrated leadership and credibility within the local team.
Ability to manage conflict effectively and effect change.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Energetic, organized, determined, and goal‑oriented.
Compensation
The anticipated annualized base salary for this full‑time position will be $130,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non‑discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) and the value of core and optional benefits offered at Boston Scientific. Actual compensation will be commensurate with a demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
