Recruiting Coordinator – Lewis Brisbois, Las Vegas, NV

A full‑service AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting team at its Las Vegas, NV office. This role reports directly to the National Director of Recruiting and focuses on organizing and tracking recruitment processes for lateral and staffing candidates across the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct administrative recruiting support to the Regional Recruiter
  • Placings, renewals, and removals of career ads for the Firm on various social media platforms, law school job boards, and LinkedIn while ensuring use of standardized language and formats as outlined by the Firm
  • Monitors and reviews resumes for interview consideration using established policies for initial consideration
  • Redirects candidates to appropriate offices and/or departments if better suited for a different office/department
  • Organizes, verifies, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of all data presented
  • Runs various reports identifying activity, job post results, and other metrics to assist recruiting leadership in evaluating best practices for hiring
  • Monitors competitor career pages for data and salary information of interest to the Firm
  • Tracks projects and deadlines with input from a variety of cross‑functional teams
  • Schedules interviews, takes calls, and responds to emails related to hiring
  • Analyzes and monitors local markets to identify firms that are potential targets for candidate recruitment (e.g., downsizing firm, retiring leadership)
  • Communicates with outside lateral recruiters and provides information as requested to MP’s, AP’s, OA’s, and department leaders

Qualifications

  • Advanced computer skills and familiarity with recruitment techniques and platforms
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task
  • Proactive work ethic and ability to adapt based on shifting priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Reliable consistent attendance in the office
  • 2+ years of relevant recruiting experience (preferred)
  • Experience in a legal/law firm environment (preferred)
